Municipal evaluation

The evaluation role is an inventory of all properties located within the territory of the municipality. This inventory identifies the properties, the owners and the true value of each property.

Evaluation roles in Quebec are determined for three years (triennial role). The triennial role of the Municipality of the Township of Gore for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 was deposited on September 14th 2016. The assessments registered in this role reflect the real market values as of July 1st, 2015. These assessments will be used to calculate the municipal taxes for the three years of the triennial role.

From now on, all professionals dealing with real estate can access the municipal evaluations and other pertinent information on-line. Whether you are a notary, a real estate agent, a chartered appraiser, or if you are a member of any other related profession, you can access the information you need by clicking on the following link: Professional Access
