The clerk-treasurer prepares the meetings of the municipal council. She is responsible for the electoral process. In addition, she is responsible for all legal documents such as by-laws, public notices, purchase contracts, calls for tenders, acts of sale or servitude, agreements with governments and various leases. 
 
The clerk-treasurer can authenticate documents and swear the residents of Gore. To do this, you must go to City Hall and bring with you the documents that require such swearing or authentication. The person who must be sworn must be present and provide a valid photo ID. 
 
This service is free and it is recommended to make an appointment in advance. 
 
It should be noted that the clerk-treasurer does not act as a sponsor for a passport application.
